The Credit Insurance Information window allows you to keep track of credit insurance information sold when processing a deal. You may use up to four different credit insurance companies; however, always be sure that you start with Insurance Company #1.
To access the Credit Insurance Information window, click on the Maintenance Menu and select Credit Insurance from the pull-down menu.

In the top-center of this window, the software will display the listing number of this company.
You can move between a total of four (4) credit insurance companies by clicking on the blue arrows at the top of the window.
Adding or Editing a Credit Insurance Company
First, move to an empty or blank entry in the Credit Insurance Information window by using the blue navigation arrows.
Enter the credit insurance company name, address, city, state, and ZIP code.
Select the appropriate credit insurance type. To do this, click the down arrow in the Insurance Type box. The software will display a pull-down menu of available insurance types for the displayed credit insurance company. Select the appropriate type, and it will be automatically entered into the Insurance Type box. If the desired type is not shown, click on the 'edit types' button to add or remove types to or from the list. Click here for additional information.
Enter the appropriate rates for your selected type of credit insurance. Click here for detailed instructions on entering credit insurance rates.
Click the Save/Exit button to save your changes and close the Credit Insurance Information window.
