When an insurance agent is entered while processing a deal, an automatic check occurs to see if the agent already exists in the system.
If the agent does exist, the system will automatically fill in the agent's address and phone number into the appropriate fields on the screen.
If the agent does not exist, a prompt will appear asking to add the agent to the existing list. If you elect to add the agent, the system will display the Agent Maintenance window.
This window can also be accessed directly by clicking the Maintenance menu and selecting PDI Agents from the pull-down menu.

Deleting an Agent
To delete an agent from the listing, click to highlight and select an agent's name. Click the Delete Agent button. When finished, click Save/Exit.
Adding an Agent
Agents can be added either directly or when the software encounters a new agent's name when processing a deal.
To directly add an agent to the listing, click the Add Agent button. If the software displays the screen because a new agent's name was encountered during deal processing, this step will have been completed for you.
Enter the appropriate insurance agent information.
When finished, click the Save/Exit button.
