Refund Policy
General Policy: Prepaid services and Premium Forms credits are generally non-refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or resold. Refunds may be issued in specific situations at our discretion.
Refunds for Canceled Services:
- If your service is canceled, we may provide a refund for any unused months after your service termination date.
- Refunds for the current month are not available once the service has been activated.
Refunds for Discounted Prepaid Yearly Fees:
- If you have prepaid for a yearly service at a discounted rate and request a refund, the refund will be calculated based on the full monthly price for the months used.
- The remaining balance after deducting the full monthly price for the months used will be refunded.
Refunds for Premium Forms Credit Purchased:
- If you have purchased premium forms credits at a discounted rate and a refund has been approved, the refund will be calculated based on the full price for the forms used.
- The remaining balance after deducting the full price for the forms credits used will be refunded.
How to Request a Refund:
- To request a refund, contact our support team and provide a valid mailing address for a check or opt to have the refund sent to your original payment method.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of service cancellation.
Special Cases: Refunds are available if:
- Your cancellation has been processed in our system but not yet reflected in payment records.
- Your prepaid plan remains inactive due to an internal review or a number transfer.
Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. We will notify you once your request has been reviewed and approved.
