You can access your dealership information by clicking on the Maintenance Menu and then selecting Dealership Information from the pull-down menu. You may change your dealership information at any time.

In the screen shot shown below, there are five tabs across the top. BHPH is for BuyHerePayHere.
More specific information and instructions for each tab can be found by clicking on the topics in the table of contents of this help manual found under 'Dealership Information'.
Click the OK button when you are finished entering your dealership information. This will save any changes you have made.
Click the Cancel button to close the window without saving any changes.
Click the Clear button to erase all fields. This does not erase your dealership information from the system memory. No updates are made to the system until you click the Save button.
