Forms available on this system are kept in a special forms listing. When a new form is downloaded to forms inventory, the system automatically updates the forms listing. Use the system's Forms List Editor window to view the listing, delete forms, and change the display order of the forms. The color of the form's name in the listing can be set or changed for easy identification and groupings.
To access the Form List Editor, click the Maintenance menu and select Forms List from the pull-down menu.

Deleting a Form
To delete a form from the list, click on the form name, then click the 'Remove Form' button. When finished, click the Save/Exit button.
Adding a Form
Forms can not be added in this screen unless they already exist in the system. If a form is in the system, but does not show up on the list, it can be added by clicking on 'File' in the upper left corner, then Add. The 'Download Updates' dialog box appears. Click Ok; the 'Add New Form' box appears. Fill in the form name and file name. If the file name is unknown, the action can not be completed. To add forms not currently in the system, go to the Utilities menu in the top horizontal tool bar, then select 'Download Updates & Forms'.
Changing the Order of the List
To change the order of the forms listing, click to highlight and select the name of the form you wish to move. Use the up and down arrows at the top of the listing to move the selected form up or down within the listing.
When finished, click the Save/Exit button.
Changing the Color of a Listing
The color of the names of forms can be set for easy identification. For example, all power-of-attorney forms can be set to be pink and all bank forms green.
To change the color of a form's name, click to highlight and select the name of the form. In the color palette at the bottom of the window, double-click on the color you want to use for the form's name.
When finished, click the Save/Exit button.
