On occasion, deals may have been merged, but one of the deals needs to be pulled from the merged record and restored as a unique deal.
To restore a merged record:
➢Click on the merged record in the customer list.
➢At the bottom of the screen, you will see a list of all the deals merged in that record.
➢Click on the deal that you want to restore.
➢Click on the 'Restore Unique Customer' button located in the lower left corner.
