Unmerging Customer Records

 

On occasion, deals may have been merged, but one of the deals needs to be pulled from the merged record and restored as a unique deal.

 

To restore a merged record:

Click on the merged record in the customer list.

At the bottom of the screen, you will see a list of all the deals merged in that record.

Click on the deal that you want to restore.

Click on the 'Restore Unique Customer' button located in the lower left corner.
