The software's Document Processing module is comprised of six primary sections. Each section can be accessed by clicking on its icon in the horizontal tool bar.
Primary function tabs
Process Deal: This window allows for entry of buyer information, processing a deal, and printing of documents.
Deals & Quotes: This window lists all previous deals and quotes in a grid format. Print customized sales recap reports and view which deals are incomplete.
Incomplete deals will be highlighted with a yellow background.
Customers: Maintenance and reporting of current customer list. Merge customers to remove duplicates as well as create reports, labels and mailing lists.
Buy Here Pay Here: Manage ongoing in-house financed accounts, also known as Buy-Here/Pay-Here accounts.
Vehicle Details: Enter and maintain individual vehicle information in your inventory.This includes pictures, vehicle descriptions, prices and options.
Inventory List: View entire inventory in a grid format. Sorting and advanced filtering capabilities are available. Background shades of gray indicate days on the lot.
