You can use the filter boxes at the top of the Buy-Here/Pay-Here window to quickly locate a specific customer by last name, first name, phone number, or loan number.
Type in the desired search criteria into the appropriate text box and the customer list will be narrowed down.
To clear any filter criteria, click the Clear Filters button.
In addition, loans may be sorted by any of the column headers at the top of the list by clicking directly on the header. Clicking the header a second time will reverse the sort order.
Initially, the system displays only those Buy-Here/Pay-Here loans which are currently active. If you need to display customers for loans that have been completed or closed, click the checkbox marked Display Closed Accounts.
