Coupons can be printed and mailed to remind customers of payments that are currently due or are late.
The system will allow you to specify a period of time during which payments are due and then print coupons for those payments.
You can then mail the coupons to your customers as a friendly reminder.
To begin printing the coupons, click the Pmt Due Statements command on the left side of the screen.
The system will display the Buy-Here/Pay-Here Customer Bill window.
Using the calendar buttons, elect a date range during which payments are due.
For example, if you wish to print reminder coupons for payments which will be coming due next month, select today's date as your beginning date, and then select a date representing the end of next month as your ending date. The system will then print coupons for any payments which are expected to be due within the next month.
If you need to print reminder coupons for late payments, you must set your date range to include prior dates.
For example, if you wish to print reminder coupons for payments which are overdue by one month, select a date representing the beginning of last month, and then select today's date as your ending date. The system will then print coupons for any payments which are were due within that time frame and are now overdue.
Note: If you wish to ensure you print coupons for all late payments, select a beginning date from far in the past, such as 5 years ago. This will ensure you cover the dates for any late payments.
The default settings will allow you the option to print the customer's current balance on each coupon.
