Before posting deals to QuickBooks, you must set up mapping of the system's internal accounts to QuickBooks accounts.
If mapping is complete, begin posting:
Click the Accounting Menu and select the Accounting Interface option from the pull-down menu.
The system will display the Accounting Link window:
Click 'Post Deals to QuickBooks' to bring up the Sales Postings to Quickbooks window.
The window displays a list of all deals ready to be posted.
To select and post deals to Quickbooks:
➢Click in the check boxes in the 'Post' column to select the deals.
➢Click the 'Post Selection to QuickBooks' button.
