Clicking on Accounting in the menu bar causes the Accounting pull-down menu to appear. Options in this menu are used to set up the software to interface with the QuickBooksTM accounting software.
Accounting List -- Displays a screen in which Lot Wizard's default list of NIADA-recommended accounts can be modified.
Note: This internal list is pre-programmed by Friday Systems, Inc. and is a listing of accounts recommended by the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association (NIADA). Modification of this list should not be necessary. We recommended the list not be modified without the assistance of Friday Systems, Inc. support staff.
Accounting Interface -- Allows for the:
➢ Establish a connection to your QuickBooks software
➢Set up a translation of the software's internal accounts to your QuickBooks accounts
➢Post deal information from the software into the QuickBooks general ledger.
