The Sales Graph report displays a graphical representation of sales within a period of time.
You can view your graph in 2-dimensional lines or 3-dimensional bars.
To display the Sales Graph report, click on the Reports menu at the top of the screen and select Sales Graph from the pull-down menu.
The Sales Graph options window will open.
User the drop down arrows to select a time period along with other criteria. See example below.
Click OK to see a preview of the report before printing.
You can adjust the graph display by using the pull-down menu at the top center of the graphing screen.
Note: If you are viewing the graph as a line, especially a 2D Line, you must have at least two sales within your specified time period in order to see results. Since a line consists of at least 2 points, you must have at least two sales to create the two endpoints of the line.
