The system includes several standard reports to help track profits, reserves, delivery schedules, etc.
To access the standard reports, click Reports in the menu bar and select the desired report from the drop-down menu.
Reports that are active and available will vary depending on which screen is currently active.
For example, a Disclosure if available when in the 'Process Deal' screen, but is not available when in the 'Inventory List' screen.
Each Standard Report is described below. Click on the links to learn more.
Disclosure -- This report is available when an individual deal has been loaded or completed within the system. It lists the price of the vehicle and the components making up the price as well as the payments made and amount financed by the seller.
Amortization Schedules -- Display a estimated loan amortization schedule for currently displayed deal.
Profit Report -- This report is available when an individual deal has been loaded or completed within the system. It lists the vehicle costs to the dealer, the vehicle costs to the seller, the profit on the sale, and the gross profit.
Reserve Report -- This report is available under the Deal Processing and Deals & Quotes tabs. It gives the profit on deals completed within a specified time period.
Sales Commissions -- This report lists profits/reserves collected and the salesman commission paid on those figures as a percentage and a dollar amount.
Vehicle Data Sheet -- This report is available when you are in the Inventory Detail window. It gives a breakdown of the specific vehicle data you specify as contained within the program.
Sales Graph -- This report contains a graphical representation of sales within a period of time you specify.
Outstanding Deferred Payments -- This report lists any outstanding deferred down payments you have agreed to accept from a buyer when closing a deal.
Delivery Schedule -- This report lists the delivery times and dates of vehicles you have marked for delivery when closing a deal.
Custom Report Designer -- loads the Custom Report Designer Window which will allow you to build your own reports.
Custom Reports -- Presents a list of previously-designed custom reports available for printing.
