Click the Amortization Schedule button to display an Amortization Schedule for the currently loaded deal.
This schedule can also be accessed from the Reports menu at the top of the screen and select Amortization Schedule from the pull-down menu.
When you click the Amortization Schedule button, an estimated loan amortization will be displayed.
➢The amortization will be calculated using a fixed periodic rate.
➢The period may be daily, weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly depending on the type of loan.
➢If the loan payment was calculated with the Calendar Dependent Payment option, the interest paid each period will vary with the number of days between payments.
