Special Function Buttons are located in a list on the far left side of the 'Process Deal' screen. These will change as you move through each of the seven sections involved in building a deal.
The Special Function buttons associated with 'Step 1-Financial Calculations' are listed and described below. Click on each link to get more detailed information about each of these functions.
➢Marks the section as complete and no further editing or information is required.
➢After a section is marked complete it cannot be edited until the completion status is removed by clicking on the 'Remove Completion' button.
Calculate: Forces the system to calculate payment information based upon your entries in the Payment Information section.
Rollback Item: Allows you to adjust certain deal information in order to achieve a desired payment or profit margin.
Disclosure: Prepares a disclosure report and displays it in a report preview window.
Amortization Schedule: Displays the amortization schedule for the loan.
Print Quote:After information is populated in the fields of the deal, a price quote can be printed out for the customer.
➢Displays a table containing monthly payments for a variety of credit insurance coverage options.
➢To add or change credit insurance options without using this button, use the boxes at the bottom of the window and below the calculated payment.
Warranty Options: Displays the Warranty Disclosure window for selecting a warranty for your deal.
GAP(Txbl) and GAP(Non-Txbl) Options: Displays a GAP selection window to allow you to select a GAP company and plan without having to type the information.
Clear Calculations: Clears and resets all fields in the 'Payment Information' section.
Coverage: This is a sales and marketing tool that opens the Presentation Menu window so that you can create a document to present to a customer with a list of additional option packages.
Defaults can be selected to populate certain fields when starting a new deal.
The Deal Default window is accessed by clicking on 'Deal Defaults' on the left hand side of the main screen when in 'Process Deal'.
