Click on the Buy Here/Pay Here tab in the center of the main screen.
In the customer list, click to select and highlight a customer's name.
Click on Dealer Financing at the top of the screen, and select Future Payoff Amount from the pull-down menu.
The system will then display the Payoff Calculation options window.
Enter the anticipated date of the customer's payoff and click the OK button. The system will calculate accrued interest up to this date and display a new window showing you the payoff amount.
