Whenever you design a custom report, the data for the report will (by default) use the data displayed in the current window.
If you wish to limit which vehicles, deals, or customers will display on the report, apply a filter to the displayed data, or attach a saved filter to the report.
If your custom reports are not displaying all of the data you expect, check the filters controlling the data to see if a filter is currently being applied.
In the example shown below, a dealer is working in the Inventory List.
At the bottom of the Inventory List screen, are 'Quick Filter' options.
