Occasionally, you want a report with different features than those contained in the system's standard built in reports.
To learn how to use this feature effectively, you need to experiment and practice the different options with your existing inventory and customer database.
The Custom Reports Designer allows the user to design and save custom reports for:
➢Printed Reports
➢Mailing Labels
➢Data Export File (Tab Delimited)
This feature is available under the Deals & Quotes tab, Customers tab, and the Inventory List tab.

To access the Custom Reports Designer, click Reports in the menu bar and select Custom Reports Designer from the drop-down menu.
You can also access the Custom Reports Designer by clicking the Report Designer button on the left-hand side of the window.
Limiting Data Displayed on Custom Reports
Whenever you design a custom report, the data for the report will, by default, use the data displayed in the current window.
If you wish to limit which vehicles, deals, or customers are displayed on your report, apply Quick Filters or Advanced Filters .
