The Custom Letter Writer is a utility which allows the writing of customized form letters using information saved in the database.
For example, you may want to send out a batch of letters to previous customers regarding warranty offers. The body of the letter would be identical for each customer, but the salutation would state the customers name as well as other information about their specific deal.
When you print the letter, each defined field will be replaced with the proper data from the system's database.
