At any time you may view and edit a specific vehicle's data by loading that vehicle from the database. There are two ways to load a vehicle:
•Loading from the Inventory List screen
•Loading from the Vehicle Detail screen.
Loading from the Inventory List
➢Click on 'Inventory List' in the main screen.
➢Use filters at the bottom of the screen to narrow the choices.
➢Double click on the vehicle entry to open the Vehicle Details screen.
Loading Vehicles From The Vehicle Details Screen
To load a vehicle from the Vehicle Details screen, click the Load Vehicle command on the left side of the window.
The system will display the Inventory currently available for sale.
You can use the filter boxes at the top of the window to quickly locate a specific vehicle by stock number, year, make, model, VIN, date in stock, or date sold (if the vehicle was sold). As you type into these filter boxes, the vehicle listing will begin to narrow down and display only vehicles which match your filter criteria.
By default, the vehicle listing presented to you shows only available units. If you wish to be able to select from both available and sold units, check the Include Sold Units check box at the top of the window.
To load the vehicle information and open the Vehicle Details screen, double click on a vehicle or single click to select a vehicle's listing, and then click the Load Vehicle button at the bottom of the screen.
