The Inventory List window allows the user to see the entire inventory, search for vehicles using filters, and open a specific vehicle.
Vehicles listed in red are on hold.
Click on the tab labeled Inventory List in the main screen.
Double-clicking on a vehicle's listing will load a vehicle into the Inventory Detail window and automatically fill in the detail fields with the information about the selected vehicle.
From the main Inventory List you can:
➢Rearrange the columns in the listing (click the heading then drag and drop).
➢Load any vehicle's details into the system (double click on a vehicle listing or selecting and clicking Edit Vehicle).
➢Print customized inventory reports.
➢Filter through which vehicles you want to see.
➢Refresh List button re-queries the inventory data to update the vehicles in the list if Options | Auto Update Inventory is not activated.
➢Choose a vehicle to sell by selecting vehicle in list and clicking the Sell Vehicle button.
➢Print Inventory button prints a built-in basic inventory listing.
➢Checking the Display Thumbnails check box will display the primary thumbnail image of each vehicle in the left hand column.
The list also uses visual cues which allow you to quickly get an idea of the status of your vehicles.
Background colors show the age of vehicles in your inventory:
•A white-colored background indicates a vehicle has been in your inventory 0 - 90 days
•A light-gray-colored background indicates a vehicle has been in your inventory 91 - 180 days
•A dark-gray-colored background indicates a vehicle has been in your inventory over 180 days.
