Clicking on Options in the menu bar causes the Options pull-down menu to appear.
Generate Stock Number -- Lets the system automatically put a stock number on each new vehicle entered into your inventory. The next stock number to be applied to a vehicle can be found in the General Dealer Information window.
Auto Update Deal List -- Automatically refreshes the deal listing shown in the data listing grid under the 'Deals & Quotes' tab.**
Auto Update Inventory List -- Automatically refreshes your inventory listing shown in the data listing grid under the Inventory List tab.**
**NOTE: If you have an older computer or one which runs at a much slower speed, uncheck these optoins to reduce the workload on your computer's processor. You will then need to use the Refresh List button when viewing your inventory listing to be sure you are looking at the latest data in your system.
