There are two different lists displayed under the Buy Here/Pay Here tab.
The top list is a list of all your Buy-Here/Pay-Here customers.
Click on the name of a Buy-Here/Pay-Here customer to recall the payment history of the customer.
The payment history of this customer will be displayed in the lower list.
Between the two lists, you can select 'Payment History' or 'Collection Call Log'.
Clicking the 'Collection Call Log' displays options '+Add Call' and '-Delete Call'. Clicking on these allows you to add or delete calls from the call log record.
