The system can:
➢Save customer payments entered.
➢Update payment records
➢Calculate outstanding balances.
To view a customer's payment history or other information, click to select and highlight a customer in the listing.
You may use the filter entry boxes above the customer list to narrow down your search.
After selecting a customer, you will see the customer's payment history in the lower half of the screen.
From here, you may take a payment for a customer, edit a previous payment, or write a customized letter to the customer.
To load the customer's deal, click the 'View Deal' command on the left side of the screen.
