Important: DO NOT use commas when entering numbers! The system will not accept commas in numeric values. As an example, enter 42995.00 for the selling price and not 42,995.00.
Clicking the 'Hide' button at the top of each column conceals that column. When the column is hidden, the button changes to 'Expand'. Clicking 'Expand' reveals the column.
See below for definitions of each field.
You can enter/view the following pricing information:
•Asking Sale Price -- The asking price for the vehicle. This figure will transfer automatically to the deal screens when you sell this vehicle.
•M.S.R.P. -- Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price of the vehicle
•Soft Options -- Additional features that do not add permanent value to a vehicle such as clear coating. This figure is primarily used for calculating leases.
•Hard Options -- Additional features which do add permanent value to a vehicle such as a custom suspension system. This figure is primarily used for calculating leases.
•Bottom Line -- The lowest selling price the dealer will accept.
You can enter/view the following cost information:
•Base Cost -- The purchase cost of the vehicle to you, the dealer.
•Other Costs -- Total of additional costs not categorized elsewhere.
•Option Costs -- Total cost of additing additional options to a vehicle
•Repair Orders -- Total cost of repairs done by the dealership. The system can track the repair order details and costs.
•PAK -- An added cost above and beyond normal vehicle costs. This cost usually covers business expenses such as advertising which is evenly spread across all vehicles in your inventory.

•Net Cost -- The total of all cost information entered above.
You can enter/view the following floor plan information:
•Floor Plan With -- The name of the bank/company lending the money.
•ID # -- A unique number identifying the loan.
•Amount -- The amount of money dedicated to this specific vehicle's floor plan costs.
•Est. Floor Cost -- The amount of interest earned by the lender which you, the dealer, will have to pay back.
