This is an optional function, only available to dealerships with a Friday Systems, Inc website.
If your website is set up to accept payments from Buy Here/Pay Here customers, you need to retrieve this payment information so that balances can be updated and 'synced' with the website data.
To reconcile payment and balance information with your website:
➢Click on the Buy Here/Pay Here tab in the center of the main screen.
➢Click on 'Reconcile Web BHPH' located on the left side of the screen.
➢The 'Reconcile Online BHPH' window will open.
➢Select the starting date, then click 'Start BHPH Reconcile.'
