To save a custom report, click File in the upper left corner of the Report Designer window, and select either Save Report or Save Report As from the drop-down menu.
Use Save Report if you are working on a report which is already named and you want save the changes to the report under its original name.
Use Save Report As if you have not named the report or would like to save a named report under a different name.
The system will display a box asking you to name the report.
After you have entered a name for your report, click the OK button to save your report.
