Clicking on Utilities in the menu bar causes the Utilities drop-down menu to appear.
Internet Stock Transfer -- Uploads your vehicle inventory to Friday Systems, Inc.'s servers so that your inventory is posted on designated web sites.
Dowload Updates & Forms -- Connects the system to the Friday Systems, Inc.'s servers to download the latest updates and forms.
Permissions -- Displays a window where you can set permissions to allow or disallow user access to certain parts of the program.
Delete Sold Pictures -- This function allows you to delete pictures from all the sold vehicles up to a date of your choosing. This process frees up space in the inventory database.
➢After selecting 'Delete Sold Pictures' in the drop down menu, a new window will appear.
➢Click on the calendar button to set the date.
➢You may elect to keep the primary picture.
➢If you want to keep the primary picture, make sure there is a check mark in the 'Keep Primary Picture' check box.
➢You will be given one more opportunity to back out of this function before photos are deleted. This process can NOT BE UNDONE.
Import Web Inventory-- This function allows the user to import the inventory that is stored on the server at Friday Systems, Inc, and is displayed on the dealership's website.
➢Importing this inventory will overwrite the inventory on your local computer to match the inventory on your website.
➢Click 'Retrieve List'. This displays the inventory on your website before you import the data.
➢There are check boxes under 'Import Data' and also under 'Import Pics'. These allow selection or deselection of individual vehicles for import. Check boxes under 'Import Pics' allow you to elect importing of photos of selected vehicles. This can save time during the import process if you don't need to update photos.
Reconcile with Web BHPH -- This function allows Buy Here Pay Here Dealers to reconcile their local finance records with records in their dealer website.
Pay Lot Wizard Balance -- With an active internet connection, this function takes you to the Friday Systems, Inc secure Dealer Portal where you can pay outstanding balances on your account.
Order Supplies -- With an active internet connection, this function takes you to the Friday Systems, Inc secure Online Store where you can purchase window stickers and credits for processing deals using Wolter Kluwer premium forms.
Logon Information -- This option if used by Friday Systems, Inc for data maintenance. It is not available to dealers.
