Menu Selling (Coverage Options)

Menu Selling is a powerful sales tool which allows you to present the customer with items for purchase grouped together as a package.

You can print out the menu and present it to the customer. This gives the customer a better idea of what you are offering for a specific price and helps close the deal.

You may set up to four different packages or plans on each menu. Each of these four packages may contain up to four pricing options or items.

For example, you want to sell the customer some add-ons. One is a warranty, and the other is a dealer added item, such as custom wheels.

With Menu Selling, you can present the two options to the customer four different ways and let the customer select the option he or she wants.

The price for the option selected by the buyer can be automatically entered into the deal. The menu for the example described above may look like this:

1.The total price of the vehicle with nothing else added.

2.The total price of the vehicle with just a warranty added.

3.The total price of the vehicle with just the dealer-added item (custom wheels)

4.The total price of the vehicle with a warranty and the dealer-added item.

You may present different items in different combinations to give your customer an idea of the total vehicle price with each combination as well as the payment amount they can expect to pay for those options.

To begin using the Menu Selling feature, click on Tools in the menu bar at the top of the screen and select Coverage Options from the drop-down menu.
