When a document is ready for printing, you may be asked additional questions in order to complete all parts of the form.
These questions are used to gather information required to complete the form, but was not entered in any of the previous data entry screens.
If the question involves information that never changes, such as a dealer's tax ID number, you may save these as 'defaults'.
In the screen shot below, note the buttons at the bottom of the window:
➢OK -- tells the form that you are finished filling in the extra information required and to move on to the next step for printing.
➢Cancel -- cancels the printing of the form and returns you to the system.
➢Clear -- clears the information on the screen.
➢Configure -- allows you to arrange fee information onto pre-defined lines of the form. See Configuring a Form for more information.
➢Defaults -- allows you to enter certain items once and have those items stay in memory for later use so you do not have to enter them again
