Often there is a question related to a specific form in which the answer does not change, such as a dealer's tax ID number.
For questions such as this, a form may have a defaults section.
In the example shown below, there is a button at the bottom labeled 'Defaults'. Clicking on this button opens a new window. (See below)

In the example above, information is filled in, then the OK button is clicked to save the changes. The next time this form is printed, the information will be filled in automatically.
To exit the form without saving any changes, click the Cancel button.
To clear the form entirely, click the Clear button.
You can reset a form to its "factory settings" by clearing all defaults for the form from the Form Alignment Settings Window.
